A) Apparel — Shipping Policy
- Free Shipping (U.S.): Orders $95+ ship free via standard ground service.
- Standard Shipping (U.S.): Orders under $95 ship via USPS Ground Advantage or similar economy ground (2–5 business days in transit).
- Processing Time: 1–3 business days.
- Expedited Options: Displayed at checkout (rates vary by carrier/weight).
- International: Duties/taxes paid by customer; services and rates shown at checkout.
- Tracking: Included for all shipments.

- Multiple items may ship separately.
- Carrier delays are outside our control once in transit.

B) Effortless Guestbook Collection — Shipping Policy

Free U.S. Shipping on Guestbooks: Ships USPS Priority Mail (1–3 business days) with tracking and $100 insurance included.

Single Shipping Address per Order
Each order ships to one address. If you’re sending guestbooks to multiple recipients, please place separate orders.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. -
Expedited Shipping (Optional, Paid)
USPS Priority Mail Express (1–2 business days) available at checkout. -
International Shipping
Ships via USPS International Priority or DHL Express (7–14 business days).
Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. -
Packaging
Each guestbook arrives in an Ivory Presentation Box featuring dual gold-foil logos and a printed “Thank You” message, securely shipped inside a protective outer box.
Guestbooks ordered for different themes, events, or marked as gifts are packaged separately to ensure presentation quality. -

🛑 Temporary Apparel Shipping Notice – Effective April 25, 2025
Due to recent changes in U.S. trade policy and new customs regulations, we want to keep you informed of the following temporary updates that may affect your order:
🇺🇸 For U.S. Orders:
- An $4 import fee is now automatically included on all U.S.-bound orders placed on or after April 25, 2025, due to new compliance requirements.
- Express shipping is currently unavailable due to unsustainable carrier pricing and limited service availability.
- Standard shipping may take up to 1 week longer than usual as customs clearance processes have increased.
We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we monitor these changes closely. Our goal remains to provide the highest quality service and mission-driven activewear, while keeping costs reasonable and transparent for our customers.

C) Apparel — Shipping Policy (Details)
Thank you for choosing Synergetic Heroes apparel! We partner with high-quality Print On Demand (POD) manufacturers to produce and ship your custom-made items at the lowest price possible. Upon placing your order, you will automatically receive your tracking number by email. Please read the following shipping policy carefully to understand how your order will be processed, manufactured, and delivered.
1. Order Processing and Production Time
- Custom Manufacturing: Each Synergetic Heroes item is made-to-order. After your order is placed, it enters the production phase—where it is printed, cut, and sewn to match your selected design. This ensures premium quality for every product.
- Production Time: Standard production time is 5–7 business days, though this may vary based on current demand and seasonal volume. We always aim to balance speed with craftsmanship.
2. Shipping Times
Once your item is produced, it is shipped from one of our global fulfillment centers. Shipping times vary by region:
- United States & Canada: 7–15 business days
- Europe: 7–15 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days
- Rest of the World: 10–25 business days

3. Shipping Methods & Costs
- Standard Delivery: All orders are shipped using standard tracked delivery. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and package size.
- Tracking Information: Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number to monitor delivery progress.
- Free Shipping Promotions: We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. When active, these will be automatically applied at checkout.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- International Orders:
For international orders, your country’s customs authority may impose import duties or taxes. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and vary by country.
⛔ Customs Delays: In rare cases, customs processing may cause delivery delays. These are beyond our control.
- Customs Delays: Although most orders clear customs without issues, some international orders may experience delays due to customs processing, which is beyond our control.
5. Shipping Address Changes
- Address Modifications:
Contact us at storeorders@synergeticheroes.com immediately if you need to update your address. If your order hasn’t entered production, we may be able to make changes.
- Incorrect Address: Synergetic Heroes is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered by the customer. Please double-check your information before confirming your order.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
- Marked as Delivered but Not Received:
Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, we are not liable for stolen or missing packages. If this happens, we recommend:
- Checking around your property and with neighbors
- Contacting the carrier for delivery confirmation details
We cannot reship or refund items marked as delivered. If you’d like to receive your order, a new purchase will be required.

Lost in Transit:
If your package has not been delivered and tracking shows no delivery confirmation, email us at storeorders@synergeticheroes.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will contact our manufacturing partner to investigate and, if eligible, issue a refund or reshipment. - Shipping Delays: Delivery delays caused by carriers, customs, or weather are out of our control. We appreciate your patience in such cases.
7. Holiday and Seasonal Delays
Our manufacturing partners may experience holiday closures or high seasonal volumes, which could affect production and shipping:
- Holiday Season (Dec – Early Jan): Add 5–10 business days for production
- Public Holidays: Add 1–3 business days
We will notify customers of expected delays via our website or email during peak periods.
8. Order Tracking
After your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to follow your package's progress in real time. If you have questions about tracking, reach out to us at storeorders@synergeticheroes.com.
9. Undeliverable Packages
Returned to Sender:
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or refusal by the recipient:
- The item cannot be remade or reshipped for free.
- If our manufacturing partner receives the returned item, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment. Additional shipping fees will apply.
Unreturned Packages:
If a failed delivery is not returned, we are unable to retrieve or reship the item.
10. Shipping Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update this policy at any time to reflect changes in our fulfillment or shipping procedures. Any updates will be posted on our website and shared via email when applicable.
