In response to the rise in homeless Veterans on the streets throughout America, SYNERGETIC HEROES, has formulated the HEROES Project.
BACKGROUND
For decades, homelessness has been a major health problem that defies easy solutions.
There are any number of reasons why someone could end up on the street.
Along with the enormous number of people who were forced into homelessness when mental hospitals were closed across the United States during the 1970s, “whole families” have been reduced to homelessness following the recent COVID-19 pandemic along with other economic recessions and reversals within the past ten years.
MISSION
Our mission is to provide homeless men and women Veterans and Low-Income Families with an independent, positive, and peaceful home environment, in which they are respected, supported, motivated, encouraged, and assisted in sustaining a happy and healthy environment that promotes personal growth and development for individuals whose livelihood has been in some way or another severely impacted due to homelessness, loss employment, marital status, and or abuse.
OUR SOLUTION
The HEROES PROJECT will use the unique architectural residential home designs from the Charles Vincent Homes® Collection to build affordable “Green” One Story and Two-Story Single-Family Homes to various Tiny Home and Townhome Duplexes. The homes feature one, two, three and four bedrooms with up to four bathrooms.
Charles Vincent Homes® offer High Thermal Performance and Green Energy-Efficient Modular homes that are constructed of eco-friendly, SIP Panels where the walls and roof panels have been proven to be up to 15 times more airtight than the older traditional stick-built homes saving you up to 65% on your energy bills. In addition, the walls are 3 times stronger than stick-built walls (which use fiberglass insulation) and offer a Performance R-value of R-50.
Charles Vincent Homes® are designed to be the most affordable, sustainable, eco-friendly, energy efficient “green” homes with detached garages and also with attached garages.
Charles Vincent Homes® are built with naturally “green” load bearing SIP panels. These panels are pre-engineered to have a high R-value that is designed to reduce, drafts, moisture, noise and helps to keep dust and allergens from penetrating.
These SIP Panels are composed of a unique Foam core of insulation. Each panel is sandwiched between two outer skins of natural wood-oriented strand board, (OSB/3) that allows the Master Architects of Charles Vincent Homes® to design homes that are cost-effective, extremely durable, stronger, quieter and highly energy-efficient that easily meets and exceeds the more stringent building regulations now being introduced.
In short, Charles Vincent Homes® are constructed of natural (green) recyclable SIP panels that are:

ü PROVIDES COMFORT AND SAFETY
As the cost of labour and lumber materials continue to rise, Charles Vincent Homes® are able to be constructed faster and with less labour because the insulation, framing and sheathing are pre-engineered and combined into each SIP panel of our homes which are delivered and quickly assembled on-site. This process reduces the number of wasted materials and SAVES TIME and MONEY on sorting materials, project management costs, scaffolding, hiring and much more.
The result, is a fully constructed watertight home in a matter of days that is now ready for the other professional trades to begin the finishing touches!
