Synergetic Heroes offers Apparel and the Effortless Guestbook Collection.
Please read the section that applies to your purchase. All return requests must be initiated by email.

Apparel — Returns & Refunds
We are deeply grateful that you’ve chosen Synergetic Heroes! As a small business with a big mission, each order means the world to us. We want to be transparent about how we operate and why we do things a little differently.
At Synergetic Heroes, we use a made-to-order business model, working closely with top-tier Print On Demand (POD) manufacturers to create our unique, high-quality apparel just for you. This approach allows us to keep costs low and quality high, while avoiding excess waste. Every item is produced specifically when you place your order, ensuring it’s tailored just for you.
Our commitment to you is simple: We guarantee that you’ll receive the item you ordered, free of any defects, as quickly as possible. If your order arrives damaged or has a print defect, we’ve got your back. We will happily offer you a replacement or a refund.
However, because each item is custom-made through our production partners, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for other reasons, such as a change of heart. We truly appreciate your understanding as we work hard to balance the needs of our small business with providing the best possible service to you.

1. Custom Manufacturing Process

Made to Order: Each item in our collection is custom-made specifically for you. Once you place your order, the design is printed, cut, and sewn to your specifications. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not keep pre-printed items in stock. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size, change of mind, or preference changes.
- Design Accuracy: All efforts are made to ensure that the designs are printed accurately and meet our high standards. Any slight differences in color or minor variances are natural and are not considered defects, as they are part of the custom manufacturing process.
2. Returns & Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. In such cases, we will gladly offer a replacement or a refund. To begin this process, please email us at storesupport@synergeticheroes.com with your order number and photos of the defect, including the SKU label.
- Incorrect Item Sent: If you receive an incorrect item due to a manufacturing or fulfillment error, please notify us within 14 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement of the correct item at no additional cost.
3. Non-Returnable Items
As each product is made-to-order and personalized:

Returns for Size Issues: We strongly encourage customers to check our detailed size charts before purchasing. Returns or exchanges due to incorrect size selection cannot be accepted.
- Non-Damage Returns: Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for reasons such as a change of mind or personal preference after production.
4. Refunds

Refunds for Damaged or Defective Products:
Once we receive and verify your request for a damaged. defective, or incorrect item, we will either issue a replacement or provide a refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used during the purchase.
To ensure proper processing, all claims must be submitted to us within 14 days of receiving your order. This allows us time to submit your request to our manufacturing partner, as all claims must be processed within 28 days from the date the product was received.

No Refunds for Non-Defective Items:
As each item is made specifically for you, we do not issue refunds for non-defective products, such as items that do not fit or are no longer wanted.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Order Cancellations: We can accept order cancellations within 6 hours of purchase, as long as production has not started. After this period, the order is sent to production and cannot be canceled or modified.
6. Shipping Issues
- Lost or Stolen Packages: Synergetic Heroes is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the courier. If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to us, and we will help you file a claim with the shipping provider.
7. How to Initiate a Return or Refund
If you need to file a claim for a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us Promptly: Email us at storesupport@synergeticheroes.com within 14 days of receiving your item.

Provide Required Information: Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of:
- The damage or defect.
- The item's SKU label
- The shipping package (if applicable)
- Review Process: We will review your request within 3 business days and provide instructions for the next steps.
To ensure your claim is processed efficiently, all request must be submitted with 14 days of receiving your order. This allow us time to forward the request to our manufacturing partner, which requires all claims to be filed within 28 days of delivery.

Each Effortless Guestbook is crafted and packaged with the utmost attention to detail.
Our goal is to ensure your guestbook arrives in perfect condition and reflects the premium quality that defines the Synergetic Heroes brand.
Because these are heirloom-quality keepsakes made for life’s most meaningful moments, we handle returns and replacements with special consideration and care.
✅ Eligible Returns & Replacements
We gladly offer replacements or refunds, at our discretion, for the following situations:

Damaged During Shipping:
If your guestbook or presentation box arrives damaged upon delivery, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include clear photos of the packaging and item so our team can expedite a replacement. -
Manufacturer Defect or Misprint:
In the rare event of a printing error, missing page, or misaligned gold-foil cover beyond acceptable production tolerance, we will provide a prompt replacement. -
Incorrect Product Received:
If you receive the wrong guestbook theme or edition, we will ship the correct one at no cost and include a pre-paid return label. -
Lost or Undelivered Packages:
Once USPS or the carrier confirms a package as lost, you may choose between a replacement or refund. -
Pre-Order Delays Beyond 30 Days:
If a pre-order item exceeds 30 days beyond its estimated ship date, customers may request a replacement or refund.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Due to the personal, event-specific, and archival nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, order mistakes, or after the allowed return window. In addition, these include the following:

Guestbooks that have been opened, used, or written in

Orders affected by buyer’s remorse, color preference, or post-purchase design preference changes

Minor foil or color tone variations inherent to the handcrafted process

Damage occurring after successful delivery and carrier confirmation (such as moisture, mishandling, or improper storage)

Sale, promotional, or discounted guestbooks (final sale)
💡 Resolution Process
We prioritize replacements over returns to maintain the integrity and continuity of your keepsake.
If your issue qualifies for a replacement or refund:

In most cases, replacements are shipped immediately once your claim is verified.
Refunds (if applicable) are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
📦 Return Shipping Labels
For eligible cases, Synergetic Heroes II LLC will issue a pre-paid return label at our discretion.
Customers are responsible for packaging the product securely in its original outer box or equivalent protective packaging to prevent additional damage during transit.
Unauthorized or self-initiated returns may not be accepted or refunded.
⚠️ Custom & Limited-Edition Items
Certain collector or numbered editions of the Effortless Guestbook may be non-returnable once shipped, except in cases of verified damaged or defective upon arrival.
This ensures authenticity and preservation for all collectors.
